Thank you for purchasing an item from Youth Empowerment Against HIV/AIDS (YEAH)’s online store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item please let us know. You can contact a member of staff on (03) 9670 6171 during office hours or send an email to email@example.com.
Please note that you are entitled to a replacement or exchange under this Policy or under the Australian Consumer law where:
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to return any item purchased from the YEAH store to the office address nominated below.
To be eligible for a return and replacement or refund your item must:
To return an item please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org setting out your contact information, the item and the reason you are returning it. All shipping fees are non-refundable and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or taking out shipping insurance if your item is over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items can be returned via your choice of carrier at your cost, to our office address at:

Once your returned item has been received by us and inspected by a member of staff, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If your item is returned according to the instructions above then we will approve the return and ask you whether you wish to replace the item or have the purchase price of the item refunded. Please note that YEAH will only provide a replacement for incorrect or defective items.
If the items shipped to you is the incorrect product or is defective (other than damaged in transit) and you elect to have the item replaced we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
If you elect to receive a refund of the purchase price we will initiate an immediate refund to your credit card or other nominated bank account. You should receive the refunded amount within the number of days specified by your credit card issuer or other applicable funds transfer policy.
Please be aware that the length of time for your refund to process will vary depending on your bank or other financial provider. If you have contacted your credit card provider, bank or other financial institution and have not received a refund within a reasonable period of time please get in contact with us at email@example.com.
Your rights under this policy are in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law and all consumer rights under any relevant State or Commonwealth law apply.
