This year the International AIDS Society (IAS) is running a campaign asking people to take a photo of themselves with a message explaining why World AIDS Day is important to them. So we thought it a good idea to put our own stamp on things and show our support for the IAS by asking our members to do the same. Just with a little YEAH flavour.

Please take part in this action. It’s super easy and with a lot of pictures, together we can say a lot.

It’s simple. All you have to do is download and print off our template, found here.

Then write a message explaining why World AIDS Day is important to you. You may think it’s a great time to learn and talk about sexual health, a time to get tested or simply a time to remember and pay respect to those whose lives HIV and AIDS have touched.

Once you’ve written your message, take a photo of yourself holding your sign and do one of these two glorious things…

a) Upload the photo to your Facebook page, make sure you’ve liked our GetRedAware page, then tag us in your photo

b) Let us do all the hard work for you and just email us your picture to redaware@yeah.org.au

We’ve already received some great entries you might take inspiration from…

World AIDS Day….

Think.

Talk.

Act.
