Family Planning Queensland's Teacher Resource Centre
Family Planning Queensland's Teacher Resource Centre is an excellent site with a wealth of information for teachers of sexuality and relationships education. The site is (obviously) focussed on Queensland, but a lot of the content has broader relevance.
Scarleteen
Scarleteen is an independent, grassroots sexuality education and support organization and website. They're one of the biggest sex ed sites on the internet, and we think they're consistently the best and most reliable.
The paper girlfriend/boyfriend game
US based site, with a cute flash game on respectful relationships where the player makes choices and is scored on trust, communication and respect.
You Should Know - Gonorrhoea

A good Australian animation from Youth Projects on the transmission, symptoms, treatment and effects of gonorrhoea, and how to avoid it.
You Should Know - HIV

A good Australian animation explaining what HIV is, the relationship between HIV and AIDS, symptoms and how it is transmitted (and importantly not transmitted). The clip also describes testing, treatment and how to avoid contracting the virus.
